Mar 27th Network Issues Nation wide
Please be advised Cell C will be performing emergency maintenance on their network starting from the 27th of March at 17:00 to the 28th of march at 05:00. This will affect top ups and new activations only. All top ups and activations will be queued for after 05:00 tomorrow morning. We aplogise for the inconvenience caused during this time.
Mar 25th Network Issues Nation wide
Please be advised Cell C will be performing maintenance on their network on the 25th of March between 00:00 and 04:00. There should be minimal downtime during this period. If there is still no connection after the initial maintenance phase please restart any equipment.

Many Cell C customers are complaining about problems with Internet connectivity, slow throughput, and dropped calls. These complaints followed a voice and data network outage on Saturday 1 December which left Cell C subscribers without mobile services.
